Refomer & Wundachair Pilates in Kitisuru, Nairobi

The reformer is the sprung bed most people picture when they hear Pilates, and the Wunda Chair is its short, upright cousin. You work lying, sitting and standing against spring resistance, which lets the same exercise be made easier or harder for the person doing it rather than for the room. Classes are four people at most, on four beds, so the instructor watches all of you and corrects each of you.

Asked often

How many people are in a Refomer & Wundachair class?

At most 4, because that is how many pieces of equipment the studio has. Nobody is at the back of a room.

Do I need experience?

No. Every exercise is set for the person doing it, and a first class is spent teaching you the machine rather than pushing you on it.

What does it cost?

A single class is KES 2,500, and packs bring that down. Prices are on the pricing page, and what you see is what you pay.

How long is a class?

60 minutes.
