Yes. What you see is what you pay — the payment provider’s charge is the studio’s to carry, not yours.
Yes. The drop-in is valid 30 days, The 4-class pack is valid 60 days, The 8-class pack is valid 90 days, The 12-class pack is valid 120 days — counted from the day you buy it.

Booking closes 60 minutes before a class starts, so the instructor knows how many people to set up for.
Cancel at least 12 hours before the class and your credit goes straight back into your account. Later than that, the credit is used — the place was held for you and it was too late to offer it to anyone else.
Join the waiting list. If someone cancels, the place is offered to the first person in line and held for 24 hours before it passes on.
No. Classes are small, and every new client fills in a short health form first so the instructor knows what to adapt. If you are unsure which class to start with, ask the studio.
