Booking closes 60 minutes before a class starts, so the instructor knows how many people to set up for.
Cancel at least 12 hours before the class and your credit goes straight back into your account. Later than that, the credit is used — the place was held for you and it was too late to offer it to anyone else.
Join the waiting list. If someone cancels, the place is offered to the first person in line and held for 24 hours before it passes on.
